Boo hiss!!!

Ive tried to open the game but it keeps crashing. Ive tried contacting someone at telltale games but all they have is a forum and I cant even search my problem because I have to wait 10 seconds between searches. I am so frustrated because I spent $4.00 on this game that doesnt work. Yes, I tried reloading it but its still not working. Very disappointed considering how many games this company has.
